I am a sticky situation...

Happy Belated Birthdays to my boy Chris and to my new nephew Jaylin(sp?)
(I was supposed to post this a few days ago, but I didn't finish the entry, so I forgot...my bad guys) I know I know, I already posted pictures of the little tyke...sue me.

A round of applause for my cousin Lan and her man Mike for their newest addition to their family, Jaylin(sp? again) Fonacier, born last night and was 7 lbs 1 oz!!! Congrats you too! That's actually August 9, 2005, so his b-day is actually a different day than yours, boboy, my bad.

I had to do it
I wasn't really gonna blog about this, but someone, who shall remain nameless, told me to... The whole thing started with the fact that I didn't go...I should've, but I didn't...dammit. I knew I was gonna run into a problem when I second-guessed my decision about going pee, or rather, not going, before I left work yesterday. I thought to myself, "Eh, I can just go when I get to the gym, it's only about 25 minutes away." (I had a game yesterday after work.) I've done it tons of times before. I once held my pee on an entire flight to New Jersey. So of course, it should be an easy task. How wrong I was... I am no more than 10 minutes on the freeway when it happens...the urge to go suddenly takes control of my whole being. It feels like I had been holding it for hours already. I don't know if it was something on the radio, or I saw a puddle or what, but I now really really REALLY had to go. So of course I am in the far left lane and in 10-25 mph traffic. I searched around in desperation, not knowing what to do, pleading, begging God for a miracle; a way to go now w/o having to wet myself. And then I saw it...it had been there all along...an almost empty Gatorade bottle! He had answered my prayers...relief was coming! So, ever so cautiously, I took the gatorade bottle and VERY inconspicuously went. Yes, I peed in the gatorade bottle. I thought I was home free...but then the pee I had been holding was a big one...and the bottle was starting to fill up. I don't know if you're imagining this whole situation, but the bottle is currently tipped sideways to make going inconspicuously much easier. So I had to slide up higher in my seat so that I could straighten the bottle some more. It took a lot of determination to slowly advance my vehicle, make sure no one could see me, AND go at the same time. When I finally finished, I capped the bottle, and put it in the back, making SURE I didn't mix it up w/ the bottle I was gonna drink after my game. I then wiped the sweat off my brow and gave a HUGE sigh of relief. I thank thanked GOD for giving me that empty...well, THEN empty bottle. Talk about stress!!!!
